Papillary cystadenolymphoma or Warthin's tumor is a relatively rare benign neoplasm of the salivary glands.

It usually affects the parotid gland, however, there are several times when both the submandibular and sublingual salivary glands have been affected, while the accessory intraoral salivary glands have been affected less frequently.

It is usually an asymptomatic tumor, but it can also manifest itself in the form of a painless mobile swelling.
